Now Hiring - Retail Sales Inside Sales Representative/Call Center in Englewood, CO

We are currently looking to add a qualified Inside Sales Representative / Call Center candidate to add to our team.

Our marketing team is growing! In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and responding to or following up with inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts. Your goal is to successfully schedule free in-home design consultations for the sales team or close the sale in-house as a last alternative. Motivation and speed-to-lead

• Warm leads will be provided
• Full-time schedule (required for this position): 11AM-7PM Monday, Thursday & Friday, 8AM-5PM Saturday & Sunday
• This is NOT a remote position

To be successful, you must have good interpersonal and communication skills, work consistently and independently, appointment / scheduling experience a plus, and availability to work weekends per work schedule above. We are looking for an inside closer!

Job requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of outbound telemarketing or inside sales. A combination of inbound/outbound will be considered.
• Strong oral and written skills
• Strong work ethics, positive attitude, and enjoyment of challenges - arrive on time to work per schedule above and not leave early
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and consistent
• Goal-oriented with desire to learn and grow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar & Google Email
• Background checks are part of our hiring process

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
