About the Job

This is a sales position that is mainly focused on the high level of customer service that we provide our clients. We are looking for a pleasant and cheerful person that is comfortable around affluent clientele. The company revolves around detailing and protection of high-end automobiles, so any experience in these areas would be a huge plus.

This job begins as an apprenticeship program where you have time learn and practice the service and the culture that have made this company so successful. There are several key competencies that will generally trigger a promotion and pay increases. It is our goal that you reach complete the basic program inside of 6 months.

High School Graduate or GED

Skills

Knowledge and interest of high end automobiles and /or detailing services is a plus, positive attitude, desire to learn, desire to grow, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, communication skills, familiar with Apple products

Job Responsibilities

Reception duties, clientele sales management, be able to demonstrate good understanding of our products and services after initial training, light social media duties, light cleaning and merchandising, light marketing duties

Training and Promotion Opportunities

Basic Training - Our Initial apprenticeship training will take you through 6 courses with about
30 modules total. This will cover topics like basic company orientation, reception, products and services, social media and sales. The training is a combination of classroom style learning and hands-on practice. There is also competency testing and there are pay increases that will happen when certain levels are achieved. The basic training process will help you develop your customer service and sales skills to an exceptional level. This part of the program generally takes about 6 months.

Advanced Training - The advanced programs will typically include things like moving to a salaried position and being eligible for our bonus programs. There are 2 different advanced programs depending on your goals and skills. One covers advanced sales and management skills and the other one covers advanced media and marketing skills. The advanced programs can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to complete.

There is also a General Manager Training Program which can lead to a Managing Partner
Position.

Salaried employees have the opportunity to earn between $52,000 and over $100,000 a year.

Bonuses and Fringe Benefits

We have a Loyalty Bonus program for continuous employment up to $5,000 annually. We also have a productivity or profitability bonus available called the PCP program. There are some travel opportunities like going to Las Vegas for the SEMA show and other regional car shows.
We have employee discounts available on all of our parts and services including the ability to use the shop on Saturdays for your own work.
