Job Description:
CallHarbor is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our team in southeast Michigan. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and growing our presence in the market. With a strong background in sales, the ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with customers, making cold calls, and demonstrating the value of our UCaaS platform to potential clients.
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving results for CallHarbor. With a winning attitude and a drive to succeed, you'll have the confidence to handle objections and rejections, while demonstrating the ability to close deals over the phone and in person. Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through cold calling, customer referrals, and individual prospecting
- Articulate the features and benefits of CallHarbor's UCaaS solutions to potential clients
- Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create new strategies and campaigns to increase sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within the telecom industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with a CRM system and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to take initiative and seek out new sales opportunities
Compensation:
$36,000/Year Base Salary + Unlimited Earning Potential through Uncapped Commissions
