DULTMEIER SALES is looking for an outgoing sales person to meet, greet and offer customer support for our walk-in customers.

The ideal candidate will have sales knowledge along with an outgoing and pleasant personality. They will have computer knowledge and be able to enter sales orders into our system. They will also answer sales calls and assist customers and take orders over the phone.

This candidate must be proficient in English and be able to work some overtime during busy times. Some travel may be required to attend trade shows.

Some high pressure wash, car wash, or mechanical experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

The essential functions of this position are:

1. Efficient handling of walk-in sales counter for existing customers as well as new orders

2. Knowledge of the equipment, supplies, and parts we offer and to be up to date on any changes

3. Build customer relations in a professional manner through communication and support

4. Maintain CPU orders, cages, and CPU book.

5. Handling of customer product returns including paperwork and entry

6. Contacting customers when orders have not been picked up for appropriate handling

7. Daily review of current and outstanding pickup orders and processing

8. Processing of customer product returns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
