This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional. Hearld Inc is seeking individuals who are: Self-motivated, sales oriented, and reliable. Since 1919 Flowers Baking Company has been a premier producer and distributor of packaged baked goods throughout the United States.

Route Sales Representatives are responsible for the distribution of Company product within a given territory. Route Sales Representatives will use Company box trucks to deliver company products to stores.

Routes Sales Representatives will go through an extensive paid training period for a minimum of 6 weeks; where they will be riding along with an experienced Route Sales Representative. During which time they will learn and apply all aspects of the job.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Must have Clean Driving Record

-Must have valid Drivers License

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

-Job requires to work early hours, Saturday's, and some holidays.

-Previous Route Sales experience is preferred but not required.
