Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customer via telephone and email, understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. They will also be a knowledge base of the company's products and services to offer the best sales experience to clients.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customer via telephone and email, understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. They will also be a knowledge base of the company's products and services to offer the best sales experience to clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers; make outbound calls to potential customers; follow up on leads.
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information per email, etc.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of current and potential customers.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Research and qualify new leads.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Tech savvy individuals preferred; Needs the ability to learn new software
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Active listening and adaptable sales skills.
- Attention to detail.
- This is a highly active, results-oriented position. Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Hours, Work Options, & Commissions:
- Full time; Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- One Location; no remote work options, all on-site
- 90 day temp period, commissions will be received after this 90 day period is over. No cap on commissions.
