Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Abstract

The ISR at Green Innovations (GI) is a sales position with the primary responsibility of new business development. You will play a key role of initiating contact and connecting with new and old business prospects in order to identify opportunities and progress them through the sales cycle. Candidates should expect a hands-on training experience in a real world environment that will help them develop sales, business and life skills to be successful at GI and beyond.

Job Duties

To create and foster connections with key people at prospective businesses in order to advance qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.

In order to accomplish this objective, you must perform the following activities:

• Creating and developing relationships with key contacts
• Cold calling potential prospects
• Qualifying prospects
• Documenting in the CRM system
• Working with other GI team members to advance opportunities
• Manage work flow to maximize results
• Mange accounts and maintain relationships

Compensation

You will be paid a base salary plus commission (and benefits). The commission structure is uncapped, allowing you to maximize your pay through performance. The connections you make will allow for a B2B relationship that will yield repetitive and predictable commissions. You can build a diverse and rich book of business within the first year.

GI operates in a fragmented and relatively opaque market, whereby buyers and sellers of recycled material are disconnected. Accordingly, the ISR helps connect participants to create value for their organizations by closing the loop of the circular economy, while keeping post-industrial waste out of landfills and oceans.

Benefit Conditions:

• Waiting period may apply
• Only full-time employees eligible

Pay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
