Overview:

Rocky Mountain Base Camp LLC dba Rocky Mountain Modular Homes is looking for a Home Sales Consultant to sell the future of home building and provide excellent customer service at our location in Woodland Park, CO. If you are looking to join a growing stable company, we have an opening for you!

Job Details:

We are looking for high-energy people that have customer service as their goal of achievement. Our core values are providing the best in customer service and supporting a customer’s need from beginning to end. The responsibilities of our Home Sales Consultant are as follows:

• Contact all prospects by phone, email, or social media and/or meets and greets customers that come to the sales location
• Keep in constant contact with factory assigned representatives to ensure the customer orders are being fulfilled
• Explain the feature and benefits of our products, present the products properly and overcome objections when appropriate
• Identify the need of the customer and guide them in the best direction to fulfill that need
• Periodically work autonomously while the General Manager is out of the office
• Escort customers around our modular model(s) with the knowledge of giving them the right fit for their needs
• Responsible for generating sales leads, hitting, or exceeding sales goals, and ultimately meeting customer needs.
• Assisting the General Manager with all sales orders to make sure they are executed properly, as well as help with promotions, and sales/ad campaigns
• Assisting with the coordination of all sales activities including orders, deliveries, and lot management when it comes to modular homes and shed sales.
• Handling and resolving any customer questions regarding a product or service within the authority level granted

Qualifications:

A highly motivated self-starter that is detailed and goal oriented. A customer-focused individual that is energetic and has a positive attitude. The right candidate must have a professional presentation and think like an entrepreneur. We search for a team of people that can solve any problem, with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone that has experience in selling products that are over $100,000 in price or other big-ticket items.

Experience Required:

• Customer Service: 5 years
• Modular/Manufactured Home Retail Sales, Real Estate Sales or Similar Direct Sales Industry: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full time

Hourly: $19 to $22 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

• Typically, Monday to Friday with Saturday hours during Spring/Summer

Supplemental pay types:

• Possible Commission pay depending on performance and results
