Responsibilities

• Maintain a balanced inventory of pre-owned vehicles and turn rate.
• Acquisition and disposition experience.
• Optimize profit while preserving customer satisfaction when establishing trade values and pricing pre-owned vehicles.
• Increase monthly volume and PRU.
• Accurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate reconditioning
• Train and coach sales staff on the art of educating prospective pre-owned vehicle prospects.
• Control pre-owned inventory, car lot, advertising, deliveries

Requirements

• Proven Pre-Owned Manager experience.
• A friendly, out-going and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Strong presentation, appraisal, negotiating and closing skills.
• Auction experience.
• Current knowledge of market pricing & trend analysis.
• Knowledge of CDK (ADP) and vAuto, a BIG plus.
• Valid MA Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Motivated, goal oriented, and possesses the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
