We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, market analysis, negotiating, and customer relationship management.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Analyze data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
