Position Summary
The Business Development Manager serves as a key team member and contributes to the overall strategic direction of Thrivur Health, LLC. A key objective for this position is to work alongside the Clinical Director to build an optimal structure to develop and execute successful strategies for our go-to-market organization.
The Business Development Manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clientele referrals. The Business Development Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our programs. This position is responsible for managing and developing a supply chain of client referral sources to achieve revenue targets and working with the Clinical Director to ensure operational implementation of Thrivur Health, LLC.
Education
- Require bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with referral sources to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with referral sources, stakeholders, medical professionals, other healthcare providers and facilities throughout the metro area.
- Responsible for building new client relationships and delivering exceptional patient services on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Thrivur Health solutions according to patient needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in generating solutions.
- Enhance Thrivur Health reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to organization.
- Conduct new business/patient referral analysis and research to identify and target growth opportunities. Track clinical patient volume and referral sources.
- Participate in budget planning, development, and oversight.
- Responsible for the facility’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, management of all business development activities and maintaining an active and productive working relationship with internal departments.
- Responsible for Revenue Management Cycle using KPI and EMR data.
Skills/Qualifications
- Five years’ business development experience preferred.
- Position requires a minimum of (3) three years of experience in healthcare business development.
- Prefer (1) one year of leadership/management experience.
