Rojas Insurance is a small business in Kennewick, WA. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to provide excellent customer service!

Responsibilities & Skills required:

• Obtain and retain new business customers.
• Analyze, evaluate, and compare policies.
• Deliver information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Respond to questions from current and potential customers.
• Process payments
• Able to multitask and prioritize.
• Must be punctual.
• Takes initiative and has attention to detail.
• Follow up on unsold quotes and referrals.
• Able to use computer programs including but not limited to: Office 360 products, Canva, and AMS systems.
• Basic Math skills and the ability to use a calculator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
