We are a highly sought after company in Fayette and Cowetta counties. We pride ourselves on our work and our customer service.

We are looking for an ISA Certified Arborist's to join our team. This is an outside sales position that requires customer interaction and service, communication skills, expertise, and experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates for removals or plant health care service.
• Recognize dead, dying and hazardous trees.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise subcontractors assigned to client work orders.
• As part of the office and field team an arborist helps steer the team in safe, correct practices according to ANSI standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the tree care industry and 2 years of tree sales experience
• ISA Arborist Certification
• Ability to identify plants, diagnose problems and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
