Now Hiring - Inside Account Manager in Smyrna, GA

Job Description: Handle all customer communication and interaction with field personnel to schedule repairs and service calls for pool maintenance routes. Daily duties include meeting with field personnel to review completed work orders, communicate needed repairs to customers, and manage overall customer experience.

Successful candidates will possess excellent skills in the following areas:

• Written and Verbal Communication
• Multi-tasking and Strong Organization
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent Spreadsheet and Database application knowledge

Great hours and working environment. 7a – 4p, Monday – Friday.
