Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! We are looking for an IT Project and Change Manager to join a multi-million-dollar infrastructure initiative and provide overall direction to the project strategy. This is a highly visible, long-term engagement; the right individual will be a strong communicator and have a proven track record of implementing change management across a growing organization.

As a dynamic and experienced IT Project and Change Manager you will play a pivotal part in ensuring successful project execution and seamless implementation of changes across the organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IT Infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders, you will be a key driver in achieving program objectives and business goals.

Your focus will include:

Change Management

• Formulate an effective Change Management strategy, drawing upon industry experience and expertise to drive impactful changes.
• Foster adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization while adhering to the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify, develop, and execute change management strategies and plans, encompassing stakeholder management, communication, training, and readiness assessments.
• Integrate change management activities seamlessly into the overall project plan in close collaboration with project teams.
• Proactively identify potential risks and points of resistance, and devise mitigation plans to address concerns.
• Familiar with all phases of change management including compliance.

IT Project Management

• Take charge of planning and executing IT projects, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the organization's strategic vision.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and in a timely manner to team members and stakeholders.
• Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and oversee their performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with leadership and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Regularly report project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to stakeholders and senior management as required.
• Facilitate open communication channels and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders to address queries and understand changes.
• Champion the benefits and objectives of the programs, fostering a sense of enthusiasm and buy-in throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related experience
• Proven experience in successfully implementing change management within Infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and change management methodologies.
• Strong documentation experience
• Certifications are a plus! (ITIL)
• Willingness to establish and maintain processes and drive the adoption of change management standards
• Retail/Automobile Industry experience is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
