Sales and Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, technical oriented sales and marketing manager responsible for the following duties:
1. Leadership team member; collaborate on strategic issues to steer company based on input from customers, market trends, etc.
2. Work closely with Marketing to develop the company’s Positioning, Sensory package, Sales and Marketing plan, and corresponding tools and resources (web site, blogs, newsletters, trade shows, advertisements, etc.)
3. Business System Development; Develop, improve, document, and implement sales related business procedures such as forecasting tools, department budget, evaluation and implementation of CRM, etc…
4. Track KPI and our progress toward reaching our strategic objective.
5. Work closely with Marketing to investigate emerging product/market segments that ABTech might be interested in pursuing and channel sales resources to take advantage of these opportunities.
6. Set up and manage sales staff, both internal and external sales rep force.
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales environment
- Experience leading and managing inside sales and/or manufacturing staff
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
****Note that pay range is negotiable depending on skillset and experience level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
