Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for the home furnishings industry? Do you have experience serving interior designers, interior decorators, drapery workrooms, upholsterers, and retailers? If so, RM COCO wants you to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative in Phoenix Metro Area. The territory area for this position will be Arizona and Southern Nevada (Las Vegas).

At RM COCO, we are a premier source of exceptional textiles, trims, decorative hardware, and workroom fabrication for the home furnishings industry. We are committed to providing innovative and on-trend products, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment. As our Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales targets and expanding our sales reach in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory, including interior designers, interior decorators, drapery workrooms, upholsterers, and retailers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on growing share of wallet with existing customer base.
  • Conduct dynamic presentations to educate and inspire clients on our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal customer service team to provide a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customer and showroom partners.
  • Attend trade shows and industry organization events to promote RM COCO and expand our network.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with clients and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the home furnishings industry, serving interior designers, interior decorators, drapery workrooms, upholsterers, and retailers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
