Smart Security Pros are responsible for strengthening our customer relationships, educating our customers on the latest options that are available to meet their home security solution needs, and professionally installing a customized ADT smart home security system.
The process is simple. There is no cold calling - installation appointments are provided for you with the opportunity for you to make uncapped commission on system enhancements. Once you arrive at the customer's home to install their provided essentials security package, you will work with the customer to design their personalized ADT Security System. You simply need a winning attitude, and a desire to constantly deliver our best-in-class services.
We provide paid training and all the resources you need to be as successful as possible as quickly as possible. With a world class training department designed to equip you with all the skills, both sales and technical, all you need is a positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and a flexible, ambitious work ethic. The Responsibilities:
- Customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems
- Customer interaction – You’ll be the first face-to-face contact our customers have with SafeStreets
- Showcasing all ADT product and security solutions
- Personal inventory management

Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial and career orientated mindset
- Strong desire to succeed
- Self-starter and self-managed
- Customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum)
- Basic installation tools
- Smartphone/tablet
