Guided Insurance Solutions, a Baldwin Risk Partner Company is hiring a Production Manager for our Personal Lines team to lead sales teams of licensed sales agents with a focus on driving revenue growth through inside sales in a sales center environment.
The manager is responsible for continuous team development, issue resolution, and monitoring the metrics and KPIs of the agents and the team.

• Must be able to sell and lead by example
• Motivates and inspires team members
• Celebrates the accomplishments of their team
• The first point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
• Coordinating team logistics and technical support
• Creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts
• Provides their team with monthly goals as well as the individual goals and helps them achieve those goals
• Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within the team
• Help keep the team focused and on track

What we are looking for:*

• *

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 3+ years experience and a proven track record of inside sales management; Insurance experience is required. Preferably with a strong understanding of Personal Lines.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding 100% of goals from an inside sales team on a regular basis.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred
