To be successful in this role, you should be an effective communicator, organized, have attention to detail, consistent, and be a multi-tasker with drive! You should have experience and passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of fitness club
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (club member concerns)

Skills

• Sales experience
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in fitness arena
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: $33,451.09 - $100,716.20 per year
