Summary:
We are seeking a Parts Sales & Advertising Coordinator in our Parts Department to manage all consumer engagement programs, which includes our Customer Relationship Management Platform (CRM), campaign management tools, and analytics through reports and dashboards which drive consumer acquisition and retention.
This role requires someone who likes to win as a team, collaborating with segment owners, creatively developing marketing campaigns via analytics and data science. The candidate must be able to effectively and openly communicate with management to assist with parts sales strategies and execution.

Manage customer access and core information for all parts sales platforms, including Nextgen OPC, Elite Extra, Focus, Truckmore, Paccar PromoPort, Customer Loyalty

• Manage Verizon Spotlight customer geofences and analyze monthly reports

• Assist CPSM in opening/managing Amazon storefront

• Maintaining customer databases to track customer preferences and buying habits

• Assist Parts Leadership Team in developing and documenting departmental procedures

• Manage special pricing adjustments to Paccar Parts with direction from CPSM

• Prepare sales reports for Parts Leadership Team to review and identify solutions to meet monthly/yearly goals

• Assist with coordinating training events, customer training nights, etc.

• Assists CPSM on regularly creating new marketing material

• Assist in managing company uniform/advertising inventory and control

• Maintaining online marketing campaigns such as social media pages and e-newsletters

• Creating brochures, flyers, or other printed materials for distribution through direct mail, email campaigns, or other methods

• Prepare data for management to determine which marketing methods are most effective for specific audiences

• Developing strategies for marketing promotions based on customer feedback

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of a campaign are completed smoothly

Qualifications:*

Preferred college Graduate with Bachelor's Degree

• Concentration in Data Analysis, Reporting, Marketing, Advertising or Business Information Systems

• Southern Louisiana region

• Willing to travel on a limited basis (20%)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Teams, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

• Capable of proactively completing repeat tasks

• Must display strong communication skills to relay messages accurately and efficiently

• Must have strong writing skills

• Former IT and Ecommerce Knowledge Preferred

Work Environment:
Office: Approximately 80% (with future consideration of working remotely)
Travel: Approximately 20% (primarily throughout Louisiana, with occasional out of state travel)
