As an EXCLUSIVE Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. BDR), you will drive demand for our digital marketing solutions.


Summary:

(This role is accepting full-time remote candidates)

The Sr. Sales Development Representative is responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities for the sales team. This role will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers for an array of e-commerce stores. This role should be comfortable with developing leads and meeting sales development quotas that will boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100 – 150 activities (calls and emails per day).
  • Follow up on in-bound marketing leads, webinar registrants and attendees.
  • Proactively prospect for ICP (ideal customer profile) opportunities within CRM (SalesForce) and outside database leveraging tool stack (ZoomInfo, eTail, SEMrush, Sourcestack.co, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Management to help assemble and prioritize strategic target prospect lists.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with sales leadership to develop and execute prospect communication methods.
  • Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for AE’s to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly closed revenue quotas from qualified leads passed to our sales team.
  • Document detailed notes of prospect journey inside SalesForce.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of EXCLUSIVE’s services and technology solutions.
  • Report to the VP, Sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Leverage cutting edge sales enablement tools for day-to-day workflow efficiency.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience in prospecting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals and quotas set by the company.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent written, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, independent, competitive, proactive in your sales approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Confidence presenting to a prospect an overview of the company; willingness to overcome objections.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a recommendation for next steps.
  • Demonstrated experience to learn fast, be creative, and think outside the box.
