Insurance Agency Account Manager

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs and risk profiles to offer tailored policies and coverage options that align precisely with their specific requirements.
- Policy Review and Renewals: Proactively review existing policies, recommend necessary updates or modifications, and oversee the renewal process to ensure continuous coverage and uphold high client retention rates.
- Claims Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to clients during the claims process, guiding them through the necessary steps and expediting claim settlements to maintain utmost client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Possession of relevant insurance licenses and certifications is advantageous.
- Insurance Knowledge: property, casualty, and liability insurance.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, showcasing excellent negotiation abilities, and displaying a proficiency in effectively closing deals.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling seamless interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
