IRC is looking for an experienced sales rep for an in-office B2B sales position. We are looking for people that are hard working and coachable. The core purpose of this role is to field calls, sell our services, and convert candidates to qualified clients for Employee Retention Tax Credit program (ERC). Ideal candidates for this position would be those in, or exiting the mortgage industry, or have years of sales or telemarketing experience. Sales experience required.

Job Description and Requirements

· Communicate with potential clients on inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and text on company platforms

· Qualify potential clients for our services while filling out intakes.

· Deliver and help execute signed legal documents for qualifying clients

· Provide the utmost customer care with every communication

· Comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously in a dual screen environment

· Ability to adjust your direction and path from client to client depending upon their specific situation.

Experience and Qualifications

· 1+ year of sales experience (B2B a plus)

· A desire to learn and grow daily

· Experience in the mortgage industry a plus, but not needed

· A desire to help an organization help others and to grow the company together

· Must be dependable and provide effort

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
