This is a Hybrid position based within commuting distance to one of our offices located in Canton, Ohio, Carlsbad, CA or Bethesda, Maryland.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect via cold calling within an assigned account list.
- Consult clients on how the 3E platform can be used to solve complex compliance challenges.
- Schedule initial discovery calls with Business Development Executives.
- Create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed assigned KPI metrics and prospecting standards.
- Work directly with the sales team to build lead development strategies.
- Implement outbound prospecting campaigns developed by Marketing, Product and Commercial leadership.
- Document engagement activity within Salesforce.
- Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement.
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn best practices.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of sales development experience in the software industry
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to track and enter sales activity into CRM
- Previous experience with Salesforce or Hubspot is a HUGE Bonus, but not required

The anticipated Base Salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.
