Summary
Equanimity Wealth Management, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is an important role for our company with our efforts to provide exemplary client service for both Qualified Plans and Individual/Family Clients. This role will often be the primary main point of contact for establishing new client relationships, client requests, and maintaining client relationships.
We are seeking an individual to service and grow our book of Qualified Plan accounts and relationships. Also, develop relationships with Individuals/Families and Qualified Plan Participants to grow our practice using a holistic financial planning methodology. Compensation will be commensurate with the individual’s experience and abilities as well as sourcing new clients.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as relationship manager and conduct plan review meetings for all plan sponsors.
- Service all plan sponsor and participant requests and questions.
- Conduct educational meetings, new enrollment discussions, and other participant interactions.
- Solicit and onboard new Qualified Plan clients.
- Solicit and onboard new Individual/Family clients.
Qualifications
- Hold FINRA Series 6/65 or 7/66, Life/Accident/Health Insurance Licenses, or a willingness to earn these credentials.
- Experience with 401(k) and Qualified Plan servicing, management, compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Experience holding productive and efficient client meetings.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required
- Be knowledgeable of current regulations to help the plan sponsor fulfill its fiduciary responsibilities.
- Be knowledgeable and interested in investments and their application related to Qualified Plans and individual client portfolios.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Client care skills – solutions-oriented and results-driven attitude with strong follow-up time management skills.
- Understanding of key tenets of financial planning: risk management, tax planning, investment management, estate planning, education planning, and retirement planning.
- Ability to travel a few times each year for out-of-state client visits and industry conferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
