New Virginia Tractor is currently hiring for Sales Coordinator for a neighborhood John Deere, Stihl and Honda dealer in Orange, VA.

The Sales Coordinator is a professional who oversees a sales team and ensures quotas are being met for the company. As a Sales Coordinator you act as the liaison by providing valuable feedback from the customers and sales team to upper management

New Virginia Tractor is a locally owned John Deere dealership, with 6 locations throughout Virginia. Our company works hard at developing and delivering solutions for our customer's agricultural situations, landscaping, versatile utility vehicles, and lawn commercial mowing options. We offer the best equipment, service, and replacement parts in agricultural, lawn and garden, compact tractors, commercial mowing and golf & turf equipment.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Reports directly to the Sales Manager
• Assists Sales Manager in various aspects of the day to day operation of the sales department
• Very computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), report preparation
• Ability to work with web sites preferred, but not required
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience preferable
• Knowledge of social media
• Must be able to interact and communicate will with employees and customers
• Must be physically able to work with machinery, some moderate lifting, be outside in different types of climates
• Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, some weekends and occasional overnight travel
• Must be able to drive between several locations within the state of Virginia
• Needs dependable transportation and a clean driver’s license
• Professional appearance

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 year business degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience
• At lest one year of experience in the parts industry
• Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
