Our client, a leading medical device company, is currently seeking an accomplished Business Development Specialist to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Create demand for our products and technologies from all customer groups through an in-depth technical understanding of products, problem statements and value propositions

2) Support the development of a product pipeline based on deep technical understanding and market feedback

3) Collaborate with product management and expand the portfolio where meaningful impact can be realized

4) Identify and develop new markets to introduce the company’s products.

5) Analyze and expand the business operations to enhance sustainable growth

6) Design, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market

7) Develop strategies for strengthening client relationships and customer retention

8) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
