Responsibilities include:

• Being the initial in-person contact for our clients
• Conducting walk-throughs with clients, assessing damages, and providing estimates.
• Informing clients on the urgency of their situation, and securing agreements with empathy and confidence.
• Coordinating with our scheduling team for quick arrival and efficient scheduling of our restoration crew.
