THE ROLE
Relax The Back Charlotte is currently looking for a (full-time or part-time) Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We operate a small and tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will be nimble and comfortable in an evolving environment as Relax The Back continues to expand our guest experience.
This role will focus on client satisfaction. By providing exceptional service through relationship building, wellness education, and product knowledge to help them learn more about our wellness solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Provide a friendly and welcoming in-store experience
- Engage with customers to understand their unique needs
- Provide education on and compelling demonstrations of our products and wellness solutions
- Contribute to team success through achievement of individual goals
- Maintain customer relationships through clientelling
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
WHAT YOU BRING
- Retail Sales Experience and/or Customer Experience background, including but not limited to retail or sales (i.e., brick and mortar retail or B2B)
- Have a passion for selling and great customer service
- Excellent and concise communicator (written and verbally) with the ability to convey information at all levels of the organization
- Must be confident when making and receiving phone calls (inbound and outbound)
- Comfortable with Communication Applications via text, voice, video (i.e., Zoom, Salesfloor, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Understanding of Microsoft Applications and Google Suite platforms
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks, often simultaneously
- Goal oriented and able to meet targets and deadlines
- Possess a drive for continuous self-development
- Comfortable receiving and providing education surrounding products
- Passionate about health and wellness
