Now Hiring - Customer Account Representative in Woodstock, VT

We are an independent insurance agency located in Woodstock and Rutland VT looking for a bright, talented individual with strong customer service skills who wants to work in an energetic, positive environment. An insurance license is a plus, but we will provide the educational tools necessary to obtain an insurance license for a motivated applicant. Benefits include three weeks of paid vacation, health insurance, and a retirement plan with a company match.

Job skills and requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Develop positive working relationships with clients
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both client and the insurer
• Strong technical skills including knowledge of Microsoft office
• Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance
