POSITION OVERVIEW
Manages and coordinates all activities of the Retail Sales & Marketing Department with a focus on online experience and social media. Works with sales zones to lead sponsorships, events and marketing activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion social media content and engagements and manages third party partner.
- Update company campaigns on any necessary platforms (online and in-store). Including website, social, POP materials, electronic reader boards and phone
- Manages online business listings (Google, Yelp, MapQuest, etc.) to ensure current information.
- Receive and code all marketing related invoices along with manufacturer co-op funds.
- Track, monitor, and report on company website, AdWords, and tire finder performance.
- Aid in the ideation, design, and ordering of promotional materials.
- Create in-store artwork (tire inserts, flyers, ads, etc.).
- Assist in the planning of Retail Marketing & Sales meetings.
- Assist in administering customer journeys in Customer Relationship Management Platform.
- Run monthly reports.
- Manages the call monitor vendor relationship to meet Company expectations.
- Conduct periodic competitive analysis; both online and via phone.
- Assist in coordinating periodic inter-company incentives.
- Champion tire finder manufacturer rebates and monthly price list uploads.
- Conduct training follow-up surveys and support Retail training initiatives.
- Manage, distribute, track, and report on online leads
- Manages all activities of the Sales & Marketing Department sponsorships and events.
- Manages grand opening efforts to ensure opening checklist is followed.
- This position does require some travel to support marketing efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are required
- Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
- Photoshop and InDesign skills
- Computer Skills including intermediate Microsoft Office
- Marketing or Business Degree preferred
- Regular attendance and punctuality is required and is an essential job function.
