We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing customer service and advice to clients, and managing renewals and new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide customer service and support to clients.
• Negotiate and review contracts with clients.
• Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage client accounts, including billing, collections, and policy changes.
• Monitor market trends and recommend changes to policies to ensure competitive rates.
• Conduct underwriting reviews to determine risk levels and pricing for new business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,253.00 - $61,512.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
