Welcome!

Attention Sales Talents! We are seeking ELITE Sales Reps to join our digital marketing company. You will be on track to make over 6 figures within the first few months! We are looking for high level sales talent who can be fast tracked into a closer role. What does that mean? Come in, learn the full cycle of our sales process as an Appointment Setter then become a high ticket Closer managing a team. Depending on talent, this can be 2 weeks or 2 months but that all depends on the individual! Eventually we need a Sales Manager to over see the sales team which would lead to revenue share. Each role must be successfully achieved in order to move to the next.

The position is mostly commission based - all closers within our organization make over 100k annually on commission and have access to our high caliber sales training that has produced 7, even 8 figure earners. With hard work and dedication this is the trajectory you will be on. Pay is negotiable pending experience in sales within the Digital Marketing field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of appointment setters and hold a standard for quality set appointments
  • Maximize sales opportunities by closing deals and hosting virtual presentations on Zoom for prospective clients
  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and ensure leads are being called.
  • Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels.
  • Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
  • Host meetings with team of appointment setters and closers to review phone calls, set appointments, demos, etc.
  • Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
  • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing industry (ex. Grant Cardone, Russell Brunson, etc.)
  • Previous sales experience in the digital space closing deals.
  • Ability to Solve Problems - Identify and handle issues in a timely manner; gather and analyze information tactfully; create alternative solutions to these problems
  • Ability to Adapt - Adapt to changes that may occur in your post; adapts to problems that arise and uses best alternate solution; able to deal with sudden change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Attendance/Punctuality - punctual when it comes to being on time for work, meetings, etc.; ensure your post is taken care of when absent
  • Integrity and Ethics - uphold standards within the organization.
  • Able to make accurate and sound decisions. Have the willingness to make decisions and complete cycles as they arise; able to support reason for decisions
  • Overcome Adversity - Displays persistence and has the ability to overcome obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence

The position is Full Time between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday. MUST BE ABLE TO BE AT THE FACILITY - feel the energy, contribute to the vibes.
