The Roofing Sales Manager Trainee will be expected to meet certain sales revenue targets and advance to Roofing Sales Manager within 12 months or less. About the Role:
The Roofing Sales Manager Trainee will be an expert on our products and services, close contracts, and be responsible to collaborate with and mentor other team members in the field. He/she will also develop solutions and proposals depending on business needs, and execute sales campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales goals and work with your team to mentor and coach them; monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Continuously develop and strengthen key relationships.
- Utilize a solution approach to selling and create value for clients.
- Make suggestions as an industry specialist.
- Manage and record activity through CRM.
We're on the look-out for:
- A resourceful and experienced salesperson with demonstrated ability to achieve defined revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
- A skilled closer and professional who knows how to sell and overcome objections to close the deal.
- A seasoned sales professional with demonstrated success converting leads into customers and maintaining relationships resulting in repeat business and referrals.
- A motivated individual with an in-depth understanding of how to lead a high-performing sales team.
