CULINAIRE is in search of a Catering Sales Manager who shares our values and passion at the Miami Lakes Hotel.

A few important responsibilities will include:
- Meeting or Exceeding Monthly Booking Goals
- Developing and maintaining a positive working relationships with our client and building staff
- Producing a monthly forecast of performance
- Consolidating and submitting the monthly Catering Pace Report
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- Five years prior experience in catering sales
- Willing to work flexible hours (i.e. weekends, evenings).
- Must be extremely organized.
- Computer proficient
- Bilingual a plus
Essential Job Functions
- Menus and Event Proposals, Contracts, Banquet Event Orders, and Daily/Weekly Reports.
- Finalize the requirements of booked catering events while maximizing revenue potential through upselling and ensuring effective communication both written (Resumes, BEO, Daily Reports) and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event.
- Ensure accuracy of Banquet Checks and provide bill review on completion of program or event.
- Maintain knowledge of facilities, capacities, and dimensions of meeting spaces and basic operational needs of all operating departments.
- Attend Banquet Event Order Meetings, Sales Meetings, Menu Tastings, and Planning Site Visits.
- Act as the liaison for all vendor-related client’s needs, (i.e. Audio Visual, Florists, Entertainment, Transportation, etc.)
