Job Responsibilities:

Canvas pre-selected and pre-qualified areas in order to generate sales leads.

Identify needs and explain in detail how Inex Powers Services will help resolve client issues and help improve homeowners lives.

Provide leadership in the development and implementation of energy efficiency programs

Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met

Analyze data and prepare reports on energy usage and savings

Provide technical assistance to clients on energy efficiency measures and technologies

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for energy efficiency programs

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and teams

Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, policies, and regulations

Able to work afternoon/evenings.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation.

Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude in office and designated areas.

Willing to travel and market in areas throughout the El Paso, TX area

Able to pass a criminal background screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,231.89 - $78,599.59 per year
