Inside Sales Support/Assistant

Looking to grow with a successful and fast-growing company? We are looking for an experienced inside sales support member to join our team.

Based in Columbus, OH, we are an MBE and EDGE certified company, serving both the public and private sectors. We are the premier provider of IT services for small and mid-sized businesses throughout central Ohio. Successful candidates will be comfortable working to support our sales team with generating proposals, customer service, vendor and client communications.

What We’re Looking For:

- Self-motivated and highly driven individual

- Success in exceeding goals

- Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills

- Must be detailed oriented, organized and able to multi-task

- Sales support experience in IT preferred but not required

- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook required

Position Description:

- Provide support to customers and sales team

- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

- Obtain pricing from distributors, create quotes, process orders

- Perform variety of general support and administrative duties, as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
