Job Description:

• Part of a team that monitors the NA Enterprise Deal Desk support request queue, consistently maintaining ticket SLAs and handling complex and/or non-standard requests
• Runs deal profitability using cost models to analyze deal financials to ensure minimum financial metrics are achieved.
• In close partnership with Sales, facilitate structuring and execution of large complex deals while optimizing for customer experience, revenue, profitability, and compliance
• Influence pricing and discounting by evaluating deal structure, pricing, and terms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute standard processes, workflows, and policy improvements
• Financial Management: Ensure processes and policies enable achieving financial targets
• Risk Management: Understand, communicate, and make commercial recommendations based on financial and operational risks
• Coordinate the flow of information across multiple groups, such as Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Operations to drive deal success and ensure a seamless customer experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a financial, deal desk, sales ops, or product management role
• Expert Excel skills
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize and communicate large sets of data, experience with analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to communicate the rationale for decisions across all levels of the organization
• Excellent reasoning skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, dependability with deliverables and deadlines, and ability to multitask
• Experience analyzing deal economics
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cloud / Data Centers and the colocation market

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Walk or Stand for 50% of the time
• Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
• Lift 10 lbs.
• Limited travel may be required
