We are looking for an experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing insurance advice to clients, assessing their needs and providing them with the best insurance solutions. The Insurance Agent will also be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with information about the company’s products and services, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

• Property and Casualty Insurance license required
• 1 year insurance industry experience required
• Must have a means of transportation to the office in Wall Township, NJ
• Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking - a plus
• Life and Health license preferred
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $59,221.95 - $68,983.05 per year
