Responsibilities
The BRM is responsible for hosting & coordinating (in cooperation with the local market team) all training opportunities for Broker Partners in the market, along with virtual/remote webinars etc. You will also work closely with Broker Relationship Executives and other BRM’s to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Broker experience throughout all markets.

Required Qualifications
Active Health & Life Insurance license in the state of North Carolina or South Carolina
3+ years’ sales experience or sales leadership/management experience in the Medicare, healthcare or similar industry
This position requires approximately 50%-65% travel with some overnight stays
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Must reside in the local territory or be willing to relocate to metro Charlotte, NC.
