As a Patient Care & Sales Representative, you play an integral role in helping to manage the patients' treatment plans, generating new patient leads, marketing and promoting new products,

Your duties are focus on patient care, where you will assist with inbound/outbound calls to and from patients, communicate treatment plans to patients, educate patients on products and services, and attend marketing events in the community

You also invoice products and services for patients, submit prescriptions to pharmacies, and maintain patient records in our EMR and CRM system

You maintain professionalism with all patients, vendors, and colleagues as well as comply with all relevant HIPAA laws

Provide concierge services and cater to all of our patient needs

Inside Sales Generate a recurring stream of new leads via prospecting, referrals, influencers, social media, email, and your personal network

Network with other luxury businesses in town to build your book of clients

Maintain a wonderful and welcoming ambience at the clinic

Host patients in a hospitality environment

Establish a returning client base by developing and maintaining long lasting client relationships

Contact existing and potential customers to inform them about products/services via phone, email, text

Qualifications

Charismatic and energetic personality

Extremely organized & efficient Tech savvy Multi tasks

At least 2 years proven track record in face-to-face sales

History of meeting aggressive sales goals

Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills

Outgoing, builds new relationships easily

Has a strong personal network in the geographic location

Communication must always be respectful, professional, and friendly

MUST BE KNOWLEDGABLE AND ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN AND STUDY THE LATEST AND GREATEST IN HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY, MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS, ANTI-AGING , REJUVENATION. HAS A PASSION FOR THE AESTHETIC AND ANTI-AGING INDUSTRY

50K BASE SALARY + 15%. COMISSION ON ALL PATIENT SALES

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
