This position is a full-time salaried position, with benefits and travel only 12 days per month. DLA Trainers make their own schedules which allows most trainers to enjoy 1 full week off monthly or longer weekends, whichever is preferred. Annual earnings range from $140k-$160K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives. DLA pays all travel expenses.

David Lewis & Associates, Inc. ([please apply online] is growing and has an opening for one additional Automotive National Sales Trainer to join our team. Candidate must be driven for success, self-motivated and self-confident with excellent communication skills when speaking in both small and large groups of people.

Our perfect candidate will possess exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, ability to motivate others by training and promoting our in-dealership training program to convert leads into customers. We are looking for people who are knowledgeable experts in their field, with a dynamic personality who can energize a room and have a passion for teaching/training.

Candidate must have extensive Retail Automotive Sales Management experience, with a track record of success in Retail Automotive Dealerships or as a General Manager, General Sales Manager or Sales Trainer. (Minimum experience required to apply is 5 years, no exceptions.)
