Position Summary:

Collaborate with Engineers, Technicians and Sales. Chart your developmental goals in the field you feel most comfortable and passionate. Work with the Sales, Engineering and Support team to establish best practices

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Collaborating with our Support Team to deliver solutions to customer problems
• Supporting the Sales Engineers in collecting information needed to create the ideal solution for customers
• Build,Secure, and expand relationships with existing and new accounts
• Reaching out to customers proactively to help keep their networks up to date
• Fielding phone calls/emails from existing customers requesting replacement parts, upgrades to networks or expanding current networks
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
