We're recruiting for an Assistant Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team. Success in this role means that the YOU (future Rock Star) will be ready to grow into an Account Manager seat within 1-2 years, managing an assigned book of business.

Primary functions of the role include:

• Delivery of A Far From Ordinary Client Experience™
• Learn & Grow!
• Support 1-2 client books of business
• Service day to day client needs
• Coordination of Insurance/Program activities
• Project Management

To be successful in these opportunities, team members must possess:

• Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred Life Accident & Health license
