Our client is growing! We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client in Sherwood, OR. Family owned and operated since 1998, they are a manufacturer and distributor of specialty horticulture equipment. If you are energetic, goal oriented, and have a can-do attitude, look no further!

THE JOB

• Learn the products and services offered.
• Make prospecting calls, generate leads, ask for referrals.
• Answer sales calls and document communications.
• Explain costs and prepare quotes and sales paperwork.
• Help resolve service, billing, and customer issues.
• Work with others to close orders and send paperwork to clients.
• Responsible for growth of both new and existing client base.·
• Temp-to-hire position

· SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• B2B Sales, two years preferred.
• A successful track record of beating goals and quotas.
• Desire to be a part of a team that thrives on hard work and success.
• Ability to build relationships, work as a team member, and help other succeed.
• Proficient with MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, confident, and self motivated!
• A love of gardening is a plus!

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base plus commission; first/second year around 60-70k.
