Company Description:
We are looking for highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team! If you don't have experience- we offer in-house hands on training in a team environment. You can make a upwards of $80,000 or higher with our program, depending on your efforts!
The qualifications/training that you need to become a roofing sales representative include: Knowledge of roofing products and services and communication skills to sell to customers. While employers often seek applicants who have previous sales or construction experience, we are willing to train new sales representatives who show a willingness to learn the industry. We expect sales reps to understand regulations and permit requirements for the area in which they work. Since this position requires traveling to clients’ homes or businesses, you need a valid driver's license. Excellent organization and time-management skills are also ideal.

Qualifications
- Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales is a plus
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Clean, neat, professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Responsibilities will include prospecting clients, running leads, taking pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to inspect roofs and properties
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Focuses sales efforts by current storm maps, housing market and population volume.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing unified goals and targets

Pay: $55,945.74 - $102,300.25 per year
