Now is the time to join our boutique fitness studio that specializes in group fitness classes, personal training, personalized coaching and nutrition! We are currently interviewing for an up-beat, talented Fitness Front Desk for our studio. We train all staff, and an out-going and charming personality is a MUST!

The Fitness Front Desk role is primarily responsible for :

• calling and following up with new prospects (25+ calls per hour)
• facilitating the check in process and address any member needs or concerns before, during, or after class
• interacting extensively with members before and after class
• welcoming new prospective members and providing orientations on the studio and class process
• performing administrative tasks
• ensuring the studio is spotless, the retail section well stocked and organize
• doing light cleaning during and between classes
• demonstrating strong customer service orientation, effective consultative selling skills, and a passion for the fitness industry and our unique approach to exercise
• meeting or exceeding all customer service goals for the assigned studio(s) and is an ambassador for the brand inside and outside the studio.
• marketing at events and to local businesses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Outbound Calling: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
