Key Account Manager - Furniture Retailers - Inside Sales
Balta Rugs, Europe’s largest producer of textile floor coverings and a burgeoning presence in the United States, is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Key Account Manager - Inside Sales (Atlanta). With a focus on major national and regional furniture retailers, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to expand into top retail partners nationwide and a key part of our strategic team in Atlanta.
Your Mission:
As Key Account Manager, your talent for business development and account management will be central to our strategy. You’ll forge and nurture business relationships with major furniture retailers, driving sales and ensuring our rugs find a place in stores in your defined business area – and more importantly, help our buyers profitably drive their business forward with Balta.
Your Impact:
- Nurture and grow existing relationships with national and regional furniture retailers,
- Ensure our area rugs are the top choice for our retailer’s shoppers
- Develop new business relationships, expanding our retail network and market footprint
- Utilize your strong analytical skills to monitor account performance, adjust strategies, and ensure steady growth
- Manage – our success comes from executing and supporting the needs of our retailers for the long-term.
- Represent Balta Rugs at market in High Point, Las Vegas, as well as other opportunities
Your Skills and Experience:
- You are a builder, and look for that in your next role
- Proven track record in business development and account management within the home décor or furniture sector
- Existing relationships within the furniture retail sector
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for negotiation
- Comfortable with regular travel to meet with retailers in assigned region and frequent trade show attendance
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for seizing growth opportunities
Bonus Points:

- An obsession with following trends on social media, print, and beyond
- Experience with retailer supply chains & best practices
