Full description of the position

The Client Succes - Onboarding role is a fully remote position that conducts business-to-business, outbound phone calls, selling innovative marketing services to form new client relationships. Onboarding reps are provided warm leads with great closing potential. Key performance indicators include phone-time, dials and sales volume.

  • Serve as main point of contact for new clients after enrolling our services to ensure to ensure the client finishes the onboarding process within 90-days of first sign-up
  • Educate our clients on the ReminderMedia mission statement to remind them of their reason for using our products and services, what is reasonable in terms of expectations, and to help ensure each client’s expectations are met.
  • Achieve or exceed the Minimum Performance Requirements (MPRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the position, to ensure our clients receive the level of service they deserve.
  • Maintain a standardized, documentation process in our system of record (CRM) that is detailed, accurate, and includes appropriate direction for peripheral departments.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match and much more
  • 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. (EST or PST shift options available) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts
  • Equipment needed to work remotely - including computer, webcam, headset and phone service - provided by the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
  • Successful individuals will possess an excellent sales aptitude with a closing mentality, strong work ethic and communication skills, an outgoing and competitive personality and coach-able attitude

Remote Work Requirements

  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: DE, TN, FL, NJ, PA, MN, TX, NC, OK, CO, NM, GA, MO, IN, MI, AZ, or NV only.
  • Internet connectivity with speed of 10 mbps or greater
  • A dedicated workspace free from distraction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
